Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment.
The standard shipping method is Colissimo with tracking and drop-off with signature, this service is offered free of charge.
If you prefer delivery by another method, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.
Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.
We advise you to group your items in one order.
We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
The boxes are generously sized and your items are well protected.
Our return policy
So-lunettes offers to return an item within 30 days of receipt.
The item must be returned without defect and not have been worn or used.
The item must be shipped in the same condition as when it was received and in its original packaging.
Items are shipped new and must be returned new, unused and complete.
Must not show signs of use, wear and tear...
The return is the responsibility of the customer.
If we have any doubts about the authenticity or condition of an item's return, we may allow a longer return processing period to evaluate the item, which may impact the timing of any applicable refund.
If all return requirements have been met, a refund will be issued within 15 days of receipt of the item and analysis by our services.
